Vintage Mexican folkloric dress. Beautiful cobalt-blue with floral embroidery around the collar, and hem of the skirt. Features a lace capelet style collar, and lace detail and trim on the skirt. Skirt is lined. Elastic waist - slips on over your head.

No label. No fabric information. It seems like it could be cotton outer with a synthetic lining.

No size information but it would fit S-M best.
