Barbie started day out of the dead Barbies in 2019 and produced only 5000 they were quickly purchased and come out the second week in September. They are very rare in 2019. He started producing more in 2020 and continue to produce more every year. I 2024 have the collection that has all Barbies in them and if you are a collector, this is some thing you should really consider is to have a complete set and  continue to collect. The boxes are heavy and very colorful. It's not too late to start. You can buy them at H-E-B and target stores and I believe sometimes you can find them at Walmart but the early additions are hard to find so you need to get them quickly. the original cost was $75 but they have gone to $80 in the past year.
