Vintage Solid Brass Soaring 2024 Eagle Flag Pole Topper Finial ? Patriotic Golden Bird Raptor Décor Statue Figure Sculpture

This is a vintage, solid brass eagle figure standing on a sphere. I believe this was made by Leonard Silver Mfg (a Towle brand) in the 1970s or 1980s, however, there are no maker marks. There must've been a sticker on the underside but it has since fallen off. The eagle is in good, previously owned and displayed condition with signs of wear from age and storage. There is some patina on the eagle's belly and on the sphere its standing on. The detailing of the feathers has smoothed in some places, most likely from repeated touching. And silver is showing through from its head to its tail. There 2024 are no cracks or bends. It is approximately 11.75" tall with a 5.75" base diameter and weights nearly 6.5lbs.
