Antique Ottoman Greek Hand-Embroidered Floral Silk Metallic 2024 Thread Linen Table Runner Dowry Towel - 1900's

2024 A charmingly rustic piece showcasing floral design encased in a circular vine motif in brown, pink, purple, beige, and green colors. This hand-embroidered/hand-loomed linen dates back to the Ottoman empire and was most likely used as dowery for marriage. Circa 1900's. The design with the use of metallic and silk threads appears on both ends of the textile.

Condition: Age appropriate wear with minor stains, fraying of fabric on either side of fringe, please zoom in the photos for further details.
