This high vibe 108 bead mala necklace is composed of:

The birthing of your mala beads begins as Marty mindfully gathers high quality, genuine gemstones and other beautiful materials from around the world. She combines these materials based on their metaphysical properties and arranges them into specific patterns rooted in numerology and energy frequencies. She then threads each bead in the design onto a beautifully textured cord, ties a knot between each bead and finishes off the mala with a hand-crafted tassel.

Do you choose the mala, or does the mala choose you? Perhaps it's both. While there's no right or wrong way to choose your mala, here are a few things to consider:

1 ▹ ATTRACTION

As the sufi poet Rumi said "what you seek is seeking you." You'll know your mala by the way you're attracted to it. Take a moment to enjoy a few deep breaths, connect to your heart, and 2024 ask for guidance before choosing your mala. This clears the way for you to "hear" your mala "speaking" to you. Notice how you feel when looking at a particular mala. You may be drawn in by a color, or design that catches your eye. What matters is that you FEEL GOOD when gazing at your mala. Listen to your heart...it knows.

2 ▹ INTENTION

Do you have a specific intention (or affirmation, or healing process) that you'd like to support with your mala? Hold this intention in your heart while you're choosing your mala, following the steps mentioned above in number 1.

3 ▹ ENERGY
