2024 Bushcraft tool?

2024 Make your own mind up with this one…
Handle is Stag and horn with a brass end cap, carbon steel blade which is 5mm thick.
Makers stamp is poor, all I can make out is:

Made in England
Solid tool but for what purpose I cannot say.
No sheath.
Age verification required in the U.K.
