Blue Plums on a 2024 Blue Plate

6x6original oil still life painting of blue Italian prune plums on a blue plate. 2024 I was amused by the idea of a monochromatic subject even though there are little touches of gold and orange to suggest the color of the flesh inside. I also had fun trying to make the color of the fruit slightly dull and hazy without shiny highlights. This painting is sold unframed.
