Hand Tinted Historic Black and White Photograph of Suffragettes Leaving City Hall in New York in 1908. This is a hand tinted black and white photograph, tinted with oil paints. First I restore the black and white photograph, print it on a special paper and hand tint it with oil paints. It comes in multiple standard 2024 frame sizes and is matted to that standard size. I am listing here the one matted to a standard 11x14 frame but can do any size you wish.
