Fabulous Marigold Carnival Glass footed dish, perhaps a candy dish. I was unable to identify the beautiful floral pattern. There are are small number of bubble inclusions in the piece along with some very minor scratches, but it is free of chips, cracks, or breaks. A lovely 9" diameter 2024 3" tall piece for the avid collector.
