The magnificent teardrop pendant in the center of the necklace is Lodolite, also sometimes called Scenic Quartz or Landscape Quartz. Lodolite, often found in Brazil and India, is clear quartz crystal that contains other minerals in the chlorite family (and sometimes feldspar and hematite), producing unique patterns and colors within the quartz. These other minerals impart brilliant colors that may 2024 be yellow, green, red, orange, brown, pink, and more. The “mineral pictures” in each Lodolite piece are always different. You can wear the necklace with either side of the centerpiece facing out, depending on your mood (and outfit). This teardrop centerpiece is complemented with naturally yellow Carnelian stars, soft yellow Fluorite squares, green Aventurine, and red Garnet. None of the stones are dyed, their colors are simply that rich! Customers who wear my unique Lodolite necklaces always get compliments.

MATERIALS and SIZE
* Teardrop Lodolite pendant and the Garnet and Fluorite tube above it hang from the necklace at about 1-3/4". The necklace is reversible!

* The necklace itself measures 19”. I WILL SHORTEN THE LENGTH of the necklace for you at no extra charge.

* The red beads are Garnet.

* The green beads are Aventurine.

* The yellow rectangles are Fluorite.

* The elaborate leaf clasp is antiqued Brass.

* The yellow stars in the earrings are Carnelian, believe it or not.

* Earrings (which contain light orange Carnelian tube beads) measure about 1-1/2" NOT counting the ear wire.

* Ear wire is 14K gold filled.

I always use high quality, genuine stone and other natural substances. Ear wire is either sterling silver or 14K gold filled. 14K gold filled actually contains more gold than simple gold plating. The finish doesn't wear off with gold filled. Also, because other metals don't touch the skin, there are fewer chances of allergic reactions.
