There are 8 upper hooks and 4 lower hooks, and a place on the lower part for umbrellas or canes. The brass is very shiny with a little patina and the tubular 2024 design is embossed with a swirl pattern. The base is wide making the rack very sturdy. Please note that in order to make shipping more economical, this piece comes apart in the middle allowing it to be boxed. It will arrive disassembled. It is very simple to reassemble.
