Vintage Jennings Brothers Cocker Spaniel Dog Playing the Accordian Bronzed 2024 Metal Novelty Bookend Figurine

2024 Terrific old Jennings Brothers metal bookend in the shape of a smiling Cocker Spaniel standing on his hind legs playing the accordian.

This 1930's-era novelty is cast in heavyweight metal with a golden bronze finish and excellent sculptural detail, from the dog's floppy ears to his paws on the keyboard. The base has a geometric Art Deco design, and the back is embossed "© JB - 1722". The bottom is covered in green felt over a metal plate.

This single bookend stands 5" tall on a 3.5" by 3.5" base, and weighs 2 lbs.
