Final Sale No Returns. This is a fun Jackson Valance made in Waverly's Button Blooms Fabric color Spa. The lining & coordinating pleats are in a solid cornflower blue. The valance hangs on your own rod/rings (although these can be purchased through me - just ask). You'll need 4 rings. The valance hangs 16" at the shortest point & 24" at the longest. It is shown on a 40" wide rod. Dry clean only.
