Winston Churchill No Longer Holds 2024 A Cigar But Give Him A Toothpick Vintage Ceramic Figures

These little figures are awesome! They measure not 2024 quite 3 inches. There little feet appear to be repaired but it's almost like before they were painted. Tiny little chips to each foot. They have two round holes, one in his hand one in his mouth. They used to hold a cigar you could actually light. No makers marks.
