This sweet pastel-colored baby quilt is an original design using hand sewn hexagons which are machine appliqued in a non-traditional pattern on a white-pieced varied background. The pastel colors used are peach, green, yellow, pink, blue, lavender and white. The border half-hexies are also machine appliqued onto the white background. All the appliques are done with a blanket stitch. The back of the quilt is a white-on-white thin stripe.
The quilt measures 35" by 43".
The top and backing are 100% cotton. The quilt binding is double weight (for heavy wear) lavender cotton fabric, machine stitched to quilt for durability. The batting is a polydown for warmth and cuddliness.
Made in a smoke-free, pet free home.
Machine wash in cold water; tumble dry. It has been prewashed, so it will not shrink or bleed colors. 2024
