About Me: I have been captivated by the intricacy and beauty of Japanese kimonos and textiles as long as I can remember. Over the years, I've made numerous trips to Japan and learned about the weaving and dyeing processes firsthand. I've also acquired many kimonos, silk bolts, haoris, obis, scrolls, boro, and other treasures - as well as some knowledge and a deep appreciation of centuries-old techniques that are rapidly disappearing.
