I've been thinking about the importance of our teachers and educators, especially after their heroic efforts this year. The phrase “Lilmod v'Lelamad” means to learn and to teach, and comes from a phrase in Pirkei Avot (Ethics of our Fathers). Having worked in a school and through my role as a mother, I am well versed in the concept of learning and teaching at the same time. I hope this piece resonates with you, too!
I am a papercut artist, and although this is a digital print, it is done in one of my signature styles. This piece is printed with archival ink on acid free paper, and comes professionally matted and framed, ready to hang in a solid wood frame. Finished dimensions are 19”x19”.
