Nice genuine leather large tote or soft briefcase by Franklin Covey. Tag inside appears to have a serial number. It has minor scratches and a minor ink pin stain on back. Also there's something on the back strap as shown but I haven't attempted to clean this off for fear of ruining the leather. There's minor wear on the edges of the straps from use. Overall it still has a lot of life 2024 left. Please blow the pictures up to get a better idea of the flaws. You won't be disappointed.
