Vintage Asian relief of a lovely redheaded woman holding a dove. Hand carved from wood wall hanging. Believed to be Chinese, but not 100%. Dated on the back with '63. Has writing in marker that appears to have the characters for "Ancestor" and "Bird". Also has the name Mr. Hiroshi GIMA written in pen. Three options for hanging. Has a hanging hole, a wire hanger, and a dog-eared nail with a pink rope. The wood base 2024 has a line of lacquer on the upper right corner of the frame. Dove's tail feather has a very light chip. Just adds to the natural patina of the work. Measures 12"X9".
