2024 This is a beautiful French Antique Victorian Era Cape Buckle made from solid 800 silver. It is fuly hallmarked. It is very ornate with flower like motifs and a very pretty shape. Comes in good condition for its age, it only has one small ball missing which does not detract from its beauty or its use. Works pefectly.
