2024 This design concept was patented in 1936 by Ralph Polcini. A beautiful rhinestone brooch and clasp. Mechanism comes apart by folding clasps toward center and pulling to separate, as shown in photos. Also see copy of patent with diagram. All stones are intact and patent # 2044225 is stamped on back.
