A wonderful authentic vintage blue French chore coat or work wear jacket! ~ These textiles are such great finds! ~*~ This jacket dates to the 1970s-1980s and is a dense heavy Prussian blue dyed cotton. ~*~ Unique, one of a kind always, these textiles become works of art with time and use. This jacket still only has light wear, with many years left to give. These coats were used throughout the French countryside and can still be seen today. MEASUREMENTS : This lovely textile measures approximately:
28 inches long
18 inch sleeves from the pit to the cuff
17 inch shoulder ( measured straight across the back seam to seam )
22 inches across the chest, laid flat from one underarm to the other
CONDITION: This wonderful jacket is in recently laundered condition and can be machine washed and dried at home! Light wear only, perhaps a tiny pale mark or two. Please see above and photographs!
