Overall good , antiquarian condition for the physically old book with gently worn. The binding is strong with some discoloration on the front. All 428 paged ( except one with a small tear ) are clean without any damage and strongly attached to spine . There one split of the cloth cover on the top of spine ( please see the photo). Still functional , attractive and interesting.
More heavy then light.
