The cap is a 6 panel cotton twill. One size 2024 should fit most - adjustable in the back by nickel slide closure. I use top quality thread that is double mercerized to give the design a subtle sheen. The thread is colorfast which guarantees that the stitching will not fade, shrink or was out. Your cap is machine washable in warm water, but please ai dry for the best results.
