2024 A new series of hydrangea paintings!
As the 2020 hydrangeas have recently sold out, I have created a similar series using the same reference photos.

Celebrating the September sun and the multi-colored blooms, these impressionistic paintings show off everything. Placed on a glass table, the blue reflections bounce around creating all kinds of wonderful reflections to play with. The white, green and pink hydrangeas are painted in a simplified, impressionistic manner but I still added a few details to show off those hydrangea petals. I have added more colors into the petals this time around.
