Note: Due to the hand drawn nature of this product and the drawing technique/pens used will add to the character and aesthetic of each image. Please refer to examples to see the variance between images. If you have a preference of more linear vs. more sketchy you are welcome to add that to details in your order.



*****THE PROCESS*****

>> You purchase the listing :)

>> In the “notes to seller” Please send a high quality, daylight photo of your house from the preferred angle you would like the drawing. If possible - please send extra photos of details and from other angles. If for any reason the photo you submit cannot be used, the listing will be refunded until you can produce an image that will be suitable to draw from. If you do not have a photo, please contact me with the name of your venue and I can try to find a suitable image that can be used.

>> From preferred angle
>> As much detail as possible
>> Preferably with no vehicles or people
>> Extra details/close up photos if possible

In Notes to Seller please indicate which if you would like 'words' added to your design. Please specify which style you prefer (please look at photo #7 for options). Please include all the information needed 2024 to complete the design (example - House number, location, names etc.) If you'd like wording other than the options shown - no problem! Just make sure to type in what wording you would prefer and whether it's script or serif font.

I take your photos and get to work on a one-of-a-kind venue illustration just for you! I strive to include important details and give your venue illustration a realistic representation of the building. This takes time and detail. Please read the about turn around time below.*

Once completed I will send you your files in 3 file types unless otherwise specified (example - for letterpress.) Your files will be available for instant download from where you can save, utilize and print how you'd like.

Your file will be formatted for print up to 12 x 16. You will be able to print an 8x10 or 5x7 size as well. When printing, you can specify how your print will look by utilizing the 'scale' or 'fit to' options. If you have any difficulty printing please get in touch and I will be happy to walk you through it.

You now have a high resolution drawing of your home that you can frame and enjoy for the rest of your life!


**Turn around time is usually 5-7 days for digital images**
***If your venue is extremely detailed the drawing may take up to 14 days for completion. IF this is the case, I will let you know as soon as I look at the photo***
