Entirely handmade stork with baby. The materials used are Made in Italy and of high quality.
Here's a detailed explanation of the crafting process:
The body is about 60cm tall, entirely cut by hand from felt, sewed both by hand and by machine and then stuffed with high quality material.
The stork wears a bonnet on its head, which colour will 2024 depend on the baby's gender.
The beak is half rigid, to sustain the weight of the cloud and the baby, both graciously hanging from some combed thread.
The cloud is made out of felt, cut and sewed by hand and then stuffed with soft material; on said cloud there will be the the name of the baby and a small inscription that we'll discuss together.
Along with the cloud there is also the baby, made out of fabric and stuffed. The body is in polystyrene covered in eva foam. The face is handpainted.
The baby is wrapped in a cotton cloth, which colour depends on the baby's gender.
