Mid 2024 Century Architect Victor Gruen Illustration Framed Wall Art

Vintage mid century framed illustration of architect Victor Gruen design Carson Pirie Scott & Co shopping mall building. Victor Gruen was one of the most influential architects of the 20th century. He is known for pioneering the design of shopping malls in the United States and urban revitalization projects in the late 20th century. I have 3 similarly framed Victor Gruen works. One is a photo, one an illustration, and one sketch drawing. This listing is for the illustration one only. It is colored but overall has a sepia tone to it. The frame has some light scratches, but otherwise in very good vintage condition.
