Latex for finishing rugs, ready to use. Apply to the back side of the rug to stabilize it. You can use a brash or roller.
How to use the product:
- keep work area ventilated as it contains ammonia as a preservative.
- when the rug is tufted , apply latex with the brush on the back side of the rug, while it it still stretched on the rack
- put a secondary backing onto the latexed back of the rug and use the roller with some more latex to spread it evenly onto the back. Press well while using the roller to make a connection between the rug back and the secondary backing.
- allow 24 hours drying
- cut the rug off the rack
Comes in optional quantity: 10 oz. 32 oz or 1 gallon. This listing is for 2024 1 gallon jar.
One 10 oz. container will approximately cover 17" x 17" square plus secondary backing.
