For this costume, these are the sizes for pricing (though we customize to your exact measurements):
Infant is for sizes newborn to 18-24 months
Toddler is for sizes 2T to 4T
Child is for kids sizes 5 to 7.
Big Kids is for kids size 8 to 12.
Adult is for all adult sizes up to size 14.
16+ is for all adult sizes size 16 and up.

We make custom dresses and costumes for any occasion. We can model the costume after any character, but just made the new Zombies 3 Addison Alien dress (we also carry the one with the sparkly skirt - see picture above too). We can customize to any size and ask for dimensions to ensure the costume/dress will fit you or your child perfectly, versus just making it in size 6. We can make any modifications you would like with respect to design, color, etc.

This costume is 3+ pieces - a dress, a shirt underneath, and a belt (plus a wig and/or leggings if you choose that option). The dress is made out of a blue fabric that has some shine and stretch to it with studs and details just like Addison. The shirt underneath has the two different length silver sleeves with a short zipper since the silver fabric doesn't have as much stretch as the blue one. There is also a belt that velcros with silver studs and a "buckle" on it to emulate Addison's. The costume can be worn with white tights (or you can add on the leggings) and you could also add the optional blue wig.

We use non-itchy fabrics (unlike some of the ones from the mass stores). For children's costumes, we even have my daughters test every item we send out to ensure it's comfortable for young kids to wear.
