Nice collection of stainless 5" bowls/trinket dishes and a two piece canister. I've seen these used as serving and or desk sets. I used them for a time as trinket 2024 holders... until now when I got around to offering them to you. They are part of a large collection of corporate or "dad" gifts designed by Arthur Salm. Why in the world he embedded reproductions of medallions commemorating Maria Anna Augusta Ferdinandi's 1836 inauguration as Queen of Bohemia (later Empress of Austria) is beyond my research skills. Brass Medallion 2.875' diameter

Bowls Marked: AS Stainless Italy — Approx: 5.125" diameter by 1.125" deep
Canister Marked: AS Stainless 18/8 Italy DES. PAT. D — Approx: 2" dia. x 3.5" tall

Designed by Arthur Salm (AS) and Carl Auböck

There are several other pieces in this series. A 9 inch bowl, a letter holder, a cup, a tray, a bottle opener, Letter opener, wooden paper weight, spring clip, scallop edge ashtray and a lidded rectangular container. Some pieces were made in other locations including Germany, Sweden and Japan.
